1 Sponsor
The Freedom 250 Giveaway (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Seamless Storefronts LLC, d/b/a Southeast Murphy Beds, PO Box 1313, Ringgold, GA 30736 (the "Sponsor"). The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Meta, or any other social-media platform.
2 Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry and whose primary residence is located within approximately one hundred twenty-five (125) road miles of the Sponsor's location in Ringgold, GA (the "Delivery Area"). The Delivery Area limitation exists because the prize includes delivery and setup. Employees, officers, and contractors of the Sponsor, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective households), are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
3 Promotion period
The Promotion begins on June 17, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on July 3, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). The Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion. Entries submitted after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
4 How to enter
During the Entry Period, visit southeastmurphybeds.com/freedom-250 and complete the entry form with your name, email address, phone number, and ZIP code. Limit one (1) base entry per person and per email address. Entries that are incomplete, that use a ZIP code outside the Delivery Area, or that the Sponsor reasonably believes to be fraudulent, automated, or duplicate may be disqualified. Normal internet and message/data rates may apply.
By entering, you agree that the Sponsor may contact you at the email address and telephone number you provide — including by phone call, text message, and email — regarding the Promotion and the Sponsor's products, services, and offers, whether or not you win. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time as described in Section 14 (Privacy); message and data rates may apply.
5 Bonus entries
After entering, an eligible entrant may earn additional entries ("Bonus Entries") as follows:
- Refer a friend — three (3) Bonus Entries for each new, eligible person who completes an entry using the entrant's unique referral link.
- Share on Facebook — one (1) Bonus Entry, one time, for using the on-page share button.
- Follow on Facebook — one (1) Bonus Entry, one time, for following the Sponsor's Facebook page.
- Daily visit — one (1) Bonus Entry per calendar day (Eastern Time) for returning to the entrant's giveaway page during the Entry Period.
Sharing and following actions are confirmed on a click basis. The Sponsor's records of entries are final. The Sponsor reserves the right to void Bonus Entries it reasonably believes were obtained through fraud, automation, fake accounts, or self-referral.
6 Free alternate method of entry
To enter without using the website, hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, ZIP code, and date of birth on a 3"×5" card and mail it in an envelope with sufficient postage to: Freedom 250 Giveaway, Southeast Murphy Beds, PO Box 1313, Ringgold, GA 30736. Each mailed card equals one (1) entry and must be postmarked during the Entry Period and received by July 2, 2026. To request additional (bonus) entries by mail, mail a separate card for each additional entry requested, up to a reasonable limit consistent with the online bonus structure above. Entrants must reside within the Delivery Area to be eligible. Mail-in and online entries have equal chances of winning.
7 Winner selection & odds
Grand prize (random drawing). One (1) grand-prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about July 4, 2026 from among all eligible entries received. Each entry (base and Bonus) is one chance to win, so the more entries an entrant has accumulated, the greater that entrant's chances. Odds of winning the grand prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Store-credit prizes (awarded by entry total). In addition to the grand prize, the Sponsor will award store-credit prizes based on entry totals at the close of the Entry Period. The three (3) highest distinct entry totals among eligible entrants define three prize tiers — first, second, and third — corresponding to store credit of five hundred dollars ($500), two hundred fifty dollars ($250), and one hundred dollars ($100), respectively. Every eligible entrant whose entry total equals a tier's total will receive that tier's full store-credit amount. Because ties share a tier, more than one entrant may receive the same store-credit amount, and more than three (3) store-credit prizes may be awarded in total. To be eligible for a store-credit prize, an entrant must have accumulated at least two (2) total entries (that is, at least one (1) Bonus Entry in addition to the base entry). If fewer than three (3) distinct qualifying entry totals exist, only the corresponding number of tiers will be awarded. Store-credit prizes are determined by entry totals as recorded by the Sponsor — not by random chance — and the Sponsor's records of entry totals are final. The grand-prize winner is not also eligible for a store-credit prize, and no entrant will receive more than one (1) store-credit prize.
8 Winner notification
The potential grand-prize winner will be notified by telephone and email using the contact information provided at entry. The potential winner must respond and confirm acceptance within three (3) calendar days of the first notification attempt. If the potential winner cannot be reached, declines the prize, fails to respond within that period, is found ineligible, or fails to complete any required documentation, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
Store-credit prize winners will be notified by email at the address provided at entry; the Sponsor may require confirmation of acceptance and eligibility before issuing store credit. If a store-credit prize winner cannot be reached after reasonable attempts, declines the prize, or is found ineligible, that prize may be forfeited.
9 Prize
The grand prize is one (1) horizontal Murphy Cabinet Bed, in the door style, finish, and hardware selected by the winner from the Sponsor's then-current standard options, including a standard mattress, plus delivery and setup within the Delivery Area. Approximate retail value ("ARV"): $3,196. The prize is awarded "as is," is non-transferable, and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash; no substitution except by the Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Production and delivery will be scheduled at a mutually agreeable time following winner verification. All details of the prize not specified in these rules are at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Only one (1) grand prize will be awarded.
Referrer Bonus Prize. If the grand-prize winner entered using another eligible entrant's unique referral link, that referring entrant (the direct referrer of record, as determined by the Sponsor's records) will also receive one (1) Murphy Cabinet Bed of the same description as the grand prize, including delivery and setup within the Delivery Area (the "Referrer Bonus Prize"), subject to the same verification, documentation, tax, and substitution terms as the grand prize. At most one (1) Referrer Bonus Prize will be awarded, to the single direct referrer of the grand-prize winner; chains of referrals beyond the direct referrer do not qualify. If the winner did not enter through a referral link, no Referrer Bonus Prize will be awarded. The Referrer Bonus Prize is void if the Sponsor reasonably believes the referral was obtained through fraud, automation, fake accounts, or self-referral.
Store-credit prizes. The store-credit prizes described in Section 7 are awarded as credit toward the purchase of a custom bed that the Sponsor builds in the amounts of five hundred dollars ($500), two hundred fifty dollars ($250), and one hundred dollars ($100) by tier. Store credit may be applied only toward a custom bed built by the Sponsor — strictly a vertical Murphy bed or a horizontal Murphy Cabinet Bed — and may not be applied toward any other product or service the Sponsor offers. Store credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash; it may be applied only toward such a custom bed and may not exceed the order total (no cash back). Unless a different period is stated at the time of award, store credit must be redeemed within ninety (90) days after the date of the winner's notification. A store-credit prize does not by itself include delivery, setup, taxes, or other charges, except to the extent the credit is applied against the order total. The Sponsor's standard sales terms otherwise apply. Approximate value of each store-credit prize: $500, $250, or $100 by tier.
10 Taxes
The Sponsor will cover all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prizes. No winner will be required to pay the Sponsor any fees or taxes in order to claim or receive a prize. Because the approximate retail value of the grand prize (and the Referrer Bonus Prize, if awarded) is $600 or more, the grand-prize winner (and any Referrer Bonus Prize winner) will be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 and a release/affidavit of eligibility before that prize is awarded so the Sponsor can satisfy its tax-reporting obligations, and the Sponsor will issue any tax forms required by law. Store-credit prizes fall below this threshold and ordinarily do not require a Form W-9. Failure to return required documentation within the time specified may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner. Each winner is encouraged to consult their own tax advisor regarding receipt of a prize.
11 Publicity release
Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent for the Sponsor to use the winner's name, city/state, photograph, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation.
12 General conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, to be acting in violation of these rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law.
13 Limitation of liability
By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents, from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Promotion or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undelivered entries; technical or network malfunctions; or errors in administration of the Promotion.
14 Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy and will be used to administer the Promotion and to contact entrants about the Promotion and the Sponsor's products and offers. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
15 Facebook / Meta release
The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Meta. By entering, you understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to Facebook or Meta, and you release Facebook and Meta from any and all liability arising from or related to the Promotion.
16 Disputes & governing law
The Promotion and these rules are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. By entering, entrants agree that any disputes arising out of or relating to the Promotion shall be resolved individually, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Georgia.
17 Winner list
To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Freedom 250 Winner Request, Southeast Murphy Beds, PO Box 1313, Ringgold, GA 30736 within sixty (60) days after the drawing.
