What our crew does
The same six steps on every install. When your order is nearly ready, we contact you to set a day that works for you.
- Brings it on our truck
Your order comes from our shop to your door on our own truck, not a freight carrier.
- Carries every piece in
Into the room where it will stand. You don’t lift a box.
- Puts it together
The bed and any side cabinets, built where they will stand.
- Anchors it to the studs
Screwed into the wall framing: the step that matters most.
- Levels it and tries it
Balanced, leveled, opened and closed with you before we leave.
- Takes the packaging away
Every box and every scrap of packing goes with us.
Before we arrive
- An adult (18 or older) home for the whole visit.
- The wall and the floor where it will go cleared, and a clear path to the room.
- Tell us ahead of time about anything unusual in the wall: plaster, masonry, or wiring and pipes where it will hang.
- We don’t remove existing built-ins, shelving or furniture.

How far do you travel to install?
Our own crew installs within 100 miles of our Ringgold, Georgia workshop. The checkout offers Delivery + Installation only to an address inside that area.
Is white-glove installation the same as “Delivery + Installation” at checkout?
Yes. It’s the same service: our crew delivers your order, carries it in, puts it together, anchors it to the studs, levels it and takes the packaging away.
How much does installation cost?
It’s priced at checkout for your order and your address, as one line you see before you pay. Each bed’s page can show what reaches your ZIP before you add it to the cart.
My town isn’t listed. Can you still install?
Check your ZIP at the top of this page. Every address inside our area gets the option at checkout, whether or not its town is named here.
What if I’m outside the installation area?
Delivery (curbside) reaches anywhere in the lower 48 states and DC, and every bed and side cabinet has a step-by-step assembly guide.
Do you use subcontractors?
No. Every installation is our own crew, from our own shop.
